Connect to Network - Leftmost connection labeled LAN on mxp - ethernet network cable to network hub (like any computer would - nothing special required)

Connect to Power Supply - plug power supply into mxp and into wall source

Connect to Projector - video out is bottom one

Connect to Computer - optional if you want to display a presentation to videoconference

Connect to Speakers - use sound box from kit - audio cable (one end has two, one end has one) - single connector to audio out on Tandberg mxp and double connectors to Line In on the sound box)

Microphone connection - big connector goes into Mic. 1 on mxp - microphone is flat black uni-directional mic. that can be placed in middle of room

Turn Power Switches on for Tandberg mxp and projector and sound box

Use Remote Control for everything (no controls directly on mxp other than power)
